1. BUSINESS INFORMATION

2. PRICES

All prices on the helenaskolling.look are listed in Swedish kronor ("SEK") and include VAT, excluding shipping costs. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly stated before you reach the checkout. Please note that additional costs may apply, and that we do not account for, such as the possible costs/taxes that might occur when you pick up your package in your local country. 

3. DELIVERY

We try to ship your order within 1-2 business days after the order has been received. If by any chance your product is out of stock despite placing your order, you will immediately ask notified of this via the email address used at registration when you placed your order.

 

4. SHIPPING:

For the shipping, we use the logistic company to Its. Any potential costs related to shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.   

5. COMPLAINTS

If you have complains ot with your purchase, please inform us via e-mail. info@helenaskolling.se. I will do everything in my power to fix the problem. 

6. REFUNDS

From the time that you, as buyer has received with your goods, the right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. This is according to the law on distance contracts and agreements to the outside of the business premises (SFS 2005: 59).

In case you want to undo your purchase and return the goods, it has to be in substantially unchanged condition. You will be returned to the purchase price of the goods, including the shipping cost. You pay for the return cost.

7. PAYMENT

We require payment for the goods from the time it is to late, from the us either via card or Visa. When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Shopify Payments which is an electronic payment solution for e-commerce. The Card information is always encrypted using the SSL / TLS communication is available. All of the card information is stored in accordance with the card and the network is the regulatory framework in the non-PCI DSS Level 1.

8. PERSONAL DATA AND GDPR

All of the personal data processed is in accordance with the GDPR. When you make a purchase, you agree that Helena, Skolling, Creative, AB, store and manage your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to complete the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect, or masters, you can request that the information should be corrected, limited or removed, which we do, to the extent possible under the applicable law (such as the Accounting Act (the Act). We are the staff of the data controller for the information that is collected, and I have entered into the personal data, the support agreements with our subcontractors. Below, you can see which subcontractors we use and for what purpose we use them.

We use the following subcontractors to conduct our business:

Shopify, Inc as an e-commerce provider. We use Shopify Payments for handling payments, repayments, and for payment-related support issues.

The information that you specify when ordering, and doing as your payment: name, card details, social security numbers, telephone number, and e-mail address and address are sent encrypted to the Shopify Checkout.
